This text describes the nodworks.com site and purchases made from Nodworks. The data kept inside our products is described by those products’ own privacy notices; they are on the products’ own sites: nodconsole.com, nodwrite.com, nodvoice.com and nodwebs.com.

What is kept on this site

nodworks.com is a promotional site. No account is created. The site does not set cookies, does not leave a record on your device, and does not run any analytics or advertising tool.

The page’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. While they load, your browser connects to Google, and Google sees your IP address.

The server that hosts the site keeps the IP address and the time of the request in a short-term access log.

When you write to us

When you write to info@nodworks.com or fill in the form on the Contact page, we keep your name, your e-mail address and what you wrote, in order to reply to you and to carry out the work we are discussing.

The form forwards what you wrote to info@nodworks.com as an e-mail. What you wrote is not stored on the site’s server. The form does not record your IP address.

When you buy

When you buy a product or a service, we keep your name, your e-mail address, your billing details, the plan you bought, the amount and the payment reference returned by iyzico.

Card details are entered on iyzico’s payment page. Nodworks does not see or store the card number.

Why we process it

To enter into the contract and to give you access to what you bought. To issue the invoice and keep the accounting record. To answer your question. To protect the site and the payment against misuse.

Who else receives it

iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. takes the payment and reports its result to us.

Our e-invoice and accounting provider, through which we issue the invoice, receives the billing details. Our provider that hosts our e-mail and our site carries the correspondence and the access log.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep the correspondence for as long as the work we are discussing continues and, after that, for the period laid down by the relevant legislation. We keep payment and invoice records for the period required by tax and commercial legislation.

KVKK information notice

This section is the information notice under Article 10 of the Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, “KVKK”). Data controller: Nodworks.

Data processed: identity and contact (name, e-mail, billing details), transaction (plan, amount, order status, iyzico reference) and content of correspondence (e-mail and contact form). The card number is collected by iyzico, not by Nodworks.

Legal grounds: the conclusion and performance of the contract, Article 5(2)(c). Legal obligation for the invoice and accounting record, Article 5(2)(ç). Legitimate interest for security, Article 5(2)(f).

Method of collection: from you, when you write to us by e-mail or through the contact form and when you buy. From iyzico, as the payment result. From the server, as the access log.

Your rights under Article 11: to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn its purpose and whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request its correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7, to request that these be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result that arises against you through exclusively automated analysis, and to claim compensation for the damage you suffer because of unlawful processing.

Application: write your request and which right you are exercising to info@nodworks.com. We reply within 30 days. If no reply is given or the reply is insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu (Personal Data Protection Board).
